I blended 4 eggs, 4 oz of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of almond flour and a few drops of vanilla extract together using my magic bullet blender. Batter was so creamy. I suggest blending the cream cheese and eggs together first and then add the flour.

Topped with sugar-free syrup and butter. My new Saturday morning breakfast. This made 4 pancakes.
