I am so excited my favorite Peloton instructor is on the cover of Women’s Health Magazine. Robin is the reason I get on the Peloton. She is a motivator who deeply cares about everyone’s health and happiness. If you’re not feeling like pushing out a 120 cadence, she lets you know that is ok. Robin talks to her riders and class participants like a family member would talk to their niece or nephew. I need that, along with a killer playlist. She is genuine, honest and strives to help others see their full potential. I now aim to help other women fix their crown and help keep their chin up. That is because of the wonderful empowering example Robin is to so many.
I love to see how hyped Robin gets when her jam starts playing. There are many times, very many times, I want to skip a workout for whatever reason. But I know one minute into a ride I will be so glad I clipped in! I always finish one of Robin’s rides feeling better than when I started.
