There is so much to see and do in Las Vegas. I love the lights, excitement and the many options available at all hours of the night. You can always see a show, have ice cream or dance at a club. Here are my favorite drinks and the recipes.

SHAKEN & ON ICE
OLD CUBAN
I had the Old Cuban at Chica and loved it. Not too sweet and or bitter. It’s made with Havana Club Añejo Rum, Mint, Lime, and Sparkling Wine. It was served with a cherry and a piece of mint,  a nice touch to the overall presentation. If you’re visiting the Venetian Resort, stop in and try it! COCO PIÑA
The salsa at Canonita was so good along with the food and drinks. I was going back and forth on a few drinks but noticed the Coco Pina and it was instantly sold.  It’s made with Bacardi Light, coconut milk, pineapple juice and served in a coconut shell. The presentation was so pretty and I noticed several people from other tables looking at my drink. It was light, fresh and tasted so good. I would’ve ordered another drink but it did take about 20 minutes to make because the bartender uses fresh coconuts. Definitely worth trying if you’re shopping at the Venetian Resort. COFFEE with CHICORY

Giada’s Restaurant had the best coffee. I went there during the weekend for brunch and loved the coffee. It was a chicory-based roast served with in-house made cream. I had the American breakfast, which was amazing but the coffee stole the show.  The menu has several of Giada’s signature drinks, but I opted for at least three cups of coffee. The restaurant is in the Cromwell Casino and Resort and has the best vibe with a great view of the Las Vegas strip. Here is the menu if you’re visiting Vegas soon.
